JobClock Core suits offices, workshops, warehouses and construction sites when installed indoors and protected from the weather. Employees clock in with a JobClock RFID card or tag, and their time is recorded directly in JobClock.
Which time clock works outdoors?
JobClock Ranger is made for demanding outdoor environments and temperatures from −30 °C to +70 °C. Its mobile connection makes it suitable for worksites without a fixed network.
Can a Windows computer be used as a time clock?
Yes. JobClock Workstation turns an existing Windows computer into a time clock using PIN codes and an optional USB RFID reader.
What can a business do with recorded working time?
Working time is assigned to the correct employee and project. The business can create payroll-ready records and invoice a project from recorded hours in just a few clicks.
Is there a monthly charge for JobClock hardware?
No. The time clock, RFID cards and other hardware are purchased once with no monthly hardware charge. The JobClock service connected to the devices has a separate recurring fee according to the company’s agreement.
Does the time clock need an internet connection?
Yes, an internet connection is needed to synchronise clockings with JobClock. Core connects through WiFi, while Ranger has a built-in mobile connection for worksites without a fixed network.
